Tickets purchased online may be mailed for a nominal fee to the address provided. Please allow for 10 business days to receive your purchase.

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance to pick up your tickets and find seating. Please note that latecomers will be seated by an usher at an appropriate time in the performance.
In which currency are prices listed?
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
Is HST included in the ticket price?
Yes, 13% HST is included in the cost of all tickets.
What is reserved seating?
Reserved seating entitles you to sit anywhere within the established reserved section. These sections have been pre-determined to offer patrons the best possible vantage points within the venue. It does not guarantee you a specific seat or specific pew rather it is designed to give the patron the added convenience of a guaranteed spot in a desirable location without queuing. Reserved seats may be released to general admission no earlier than 15 minutes before the concert, therefore we recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance.
Shipping and Refunds
What is your shipping policy?
Standard Letter Mail from Canada Post is available at a flat rate of $3.00 for all ticket sales. All orders are shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment. Postage insurance is not available on any Standard Letter Mail orders. Large orders of 20 or more tickets are subject to Standard Parcel rates from Canada Post. Please inquire about shipping rates for large or special order to your location.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
There are no exchanges or refunds on tickets. If there is a problem with your tickets please phone our Box Office 613-241-0777 and someone will assist you. In the event of a program cancellation a full refund will be provided. Please check our website for changes.
